There is plenty of dinning space available and a cozy pellet fireplace for year-round comfort.
Step out the French doors onto a covered wrap around patio with a large outdoor dining table for 6, BBQ grill and chiminea fire pit to lounge and enjoy the fresh Hill country air. The deck also features a hydrotherapy hot tub perfect for unwinding after all of the outdoor activities.
The fully equipped kitchen includes essentials for cooking and dining.
The large bedroom offers 2 sets of bunk beds with a smart tv and private large bathroom that features an overhead heater and huge walk-in closet.
The cozy second bedroom offers a secluded queen size bed, spacious closet and smart TV. Guest bath features a charming clawfoot tub and overhead heater.
You can also enjoy a large Icehouse style game-room with ping-pong, foosball, darts and a big screen TV great for movie nights!
