This apartment has easy access to public transportation and great local restaurants. It was difficult to sleep in the bedroom on the main floor because of very poor sound dampening. Every time someone moves upstairs, it sounds like elephants. For five people staying one week there were not enough bathmats, towels, hand towels, and not enough toilet paper. The house was clean at first glance but the bathrooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly and we found charred bacon strips in a vat of dried fat in the oven. The reason the place did get four stars is because the owner was very quick to respond to our concern with bathmats by having an order delivered promptly. Overall, the stay was fine.
