It is located 3 minutes from the magnificent beach of Fautea, 10 minutes from the beach of Pinarellu, 5 minutes from the natural pools of Cavu, and close to shops and all amenities.
Composed of 4 double bedrooms with bathroom and wc, a studio sleeping 4 (1 double bed, 2 single beds, bathroom / wc, lounge area, fridge / microwave) and a quadruple bedroom, Villa Tenuta also has spacious common areas: a large fitted kitchen opening onto the dining area, a very large living room with fireplace, TV area and library, a laundry room.
Several furnished terraces are available to take your meals or relax while contemplating the exceptional view over the bay of Pinarellu.
Finally, dive into the sumptuous swimming pool (13 × 5) and bask in the sun or enjoy the shaded lounge of the pool house. Everything has been designed for you to have wonderful moments: kitchen open to the swimming pool, with barbecue and large table, outdoor shower, wc.

We had a wonderful week! Due to thunderstorms we had 2 short black outs, when we reported a problem (no hot water) it was fixed within 20 minutes. We could do a free early check in, the house was very clean.

Merveilleux séjour en famille

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans la maison de François au calme, en pleine nature, avec la visite le soir d’une famille de sangliers inoffensive. Les nombreuses chambres climatisées offrent beaucoup de confort, la maison est très bien équipée ainsi que le coin piscine où nous avons déjeuné et fait des barbecues tout en nous baignant. Les balades dans le coin sont multiples et magnifiques. François nous a donné tous les renseignements en amont et Florence a l’arrivée et durant le séjour à été d’une grande gentillesse et nous a rendu de nombreux services!! Nous regrettons d’avoir connu si tardivement cette location qui est la meilleure que nous ayons faite!!

Grosszügige, umfassend ausgestattete Ferienvilla. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie (7 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) bestens untergebracht. Sehr freundliche Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Dank klimatisierter Schlafräume und guten Betten trotz der grossen Hitze erholsame Nächte. Wegen der Hitze aber leider sehr warmes Poolwasser, der Pool war daher v.a. für die Kinder da. Insgesamt eine tolle Anlage, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Une bien belle maison isolée

On a adoré. Florence nous a accueilli comme de rois, la maison est très agréable et pratique. La piscine est top quoiqu’un peu vieillotte mais franchement ça va très bien. La pool house est top. Rien n’a manqué. On est vraiment isolés loin du bruit et la vue est superbe. Il faut une voiture pour tout mais tout est près. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

Fabulous holiday home, great pool!

Francois and Stephanie were very helpful. The house is very spacious and well equipped. We particularly loved the pool and the pool house facilities which had everything needed to have meals and drinks by the pool. The house is well located close to beaches, local shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive.
