The Space:

Inside, the home features a bright and open layout where the kitchen, living room, and dining area share one spacious environment facing the stunning ocean view, terrace, and pool. The master bedroom includes its own private ensuite bathroom, while the two secondary bedrooms share a full bathroom. Designed with a minimalist and neutral aesthetic, the interiors combine natural elegance and comfort, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements the tropical surroundings.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to their private unit, which is one side of a duplex. This means you’ll enjoy full privacy inside your home, while the outdoor spaces — including the garden, pool, and terrace — are shared with the neighboring unit. Although the terrace has a separation wall for privacy, it remains a shared area, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere while still allowing each side to enjoy its own space.

Playa Venao is one of Panama’s most vibrant and beautiful beach destinations, known for its perfect surf waves, tropical scenery, and relaxed community vibe. The area blends nature, adventure, and comfort, offering beachside restaurants, cafes, yoga studios, and boutique hotels all within a few minutes’ drive. Whether you’re here to surf, explore the jungle trails, or simply unwind by the ocean, Venao offers the ideal mix of energy and tranquility, making it a favorite destination for travelers from around the world.



Getting Around:

To reach Playa Venao, you can drive, take a shuttle, or fly to Pedasí, which is the nearest airport. Please let us know if you need help coordinating transportation—we’ll be happy to assist. While Venao is a walkable town, we recommend having a car, as the house is located on a hill and walking back up can be tiring. Alternatively, you can rent a scooter or electric bike in town, which makes getting around easy and fun. A car, however, is still helpful for exploring nearby surf towns and beaches along the coast.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the property is a duplex, so you’ll be sharing the pool, garden, and terrace with the guests staying in the other unit. We kindly ask that you respect quiet hours after 10 p.m., especially around the pool and shared outdoor spaces, to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.



Being in a rural area, it’s common to experience occasional power outages. However, the house is equipped with solar panels, providing a reliable backup system to ensure comfort and continuity in case the electricity goes out.
