Boat through the chain of lakes or even to Mackinac Island. Enjoy the porch with retractable awning, furniture, & lakeside dining or have a bonfire at the resort fire pit. Bring your toys! V-hull lift for (16–18’) boats. Chasing sunsets, boating, or relaxing, our cottage is your own vacation paradise.This home is part of a resort with approximately 600 feet of shared lake frontage. Includes common areas, shared beach and fire pit.
The cottage offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably sleeping up to 5 guests with two queen beds and a rollaway bed available for use.
Pets:
No pets are allowed, except documented service animals (not ESAs) in accordance with HOA rules. A private V-hull boat lift for boats up to 3,000 lbs is included. Guests must return the hoist cradle to the out-of-water position after use. Damage fees will apply if the cradle is left in the water.
Guests also enjoy:
1 kayak (additional kayaks available to rent through the host on a first-come, first-served basis)
2 bicycles for guest use. All guests must read, agree to, and follow the HOA rules and the home rules. The HOA rules are included here and will also be available inside the home for review during your stay.
HOA RULES APPLICABLE TO GUESTS
Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate eviction without refund.

• Buoys designate the swim area. NO motor craft should be operated above idle and closer than 100 feet from the lakeside of the line of buoys.

• No trailers are permitted in the common area (front of cottages to water’s edge).

• Fires are only permitted in the designated firepit area located by the water. An adult must be present at all times.

• Snowmobiles being utilized on the lake must be operated with discretion when traversing the common area. (Orange flags delineate our property. Please stay between them when crossing into common area.)

• No hooks or nails in or on trees in common area.

• No hard balls (golf or baseball) are to be hit in the common area.

• No tents are to be erected in common area.

• No personal items (ie: chairs, umbrellas, etc.) are to be left on the beach overnight.

• Please be respectful to others, excessive noise will not be tolerated!
