With wood floors throughout, it is immacutely clean. So, whether you are visiting Denver, or a local on a staycation, then this casita is central to everything! We have this place setup ideally for dog owners that want to hike or chillout including the yard and kennels. We are happy to provide those ammenities, or store them in the garage prior to your arrival, just let us know. It is a basic cottage with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room/dining room adjoined. At this time its set up for the teleworker with the wrap around desk in the dining room. The home is filled with natural light and the location cannot be beat for an authentic Denver experience. There is a brand new microwave hood installed just to improve convenience for VRBO guests! Plus a brand new electric dryer for extended stay's laundry. Rent for a month for only $2K!
