Take it back to easy beach days in this comfy cozy getaway. This first floor corner unit offers a perfect location -steps away from Upham Beach. You can pack lite as we have provided everything you need for a perfect stay. Fully equipped kitchen, Living area with Queen Sofa Sleeper and a King size bed tucked behind sliding doors for privacy. Swimming Pool & Complementary Beach Essentials - towels, chairs, and umbrella! Free parking for one vehicle & High Speed WiFi - Perfect for remote working!

- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
