The house was great, very well equipped and clean and comfortable, our host Matt responded to our every need quickly, our biggest issue was the outdoor pool area, the furnishings were very limited and what was there was either broken or dirty, they consisted of two folding chairs, a broken wicker chair and table that the wicker was broken and coming apart, the grill was unusable, rusted out grates, and the pool was not clean, it’s a great property and Matt was amazing, if they get the issues with the outside repaired it will be a terrific place to stay
