We have owned this property since construction. We pride ourselves in maintaining the brand new, clean feel of the place. The exterior buildings and amenities are beautiful. It is a short walk to Santini Plaza (Ice Cream, Coffee, Hardware, Liquor, shops), a bi weekly market, CVS, 7-11, and most importantly THE BEACH....
