We were a multi-generational family on our annual beach vacation. This was the first time back in Montauk after many years. Joanne's house was a perfect spot for our group of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids). The house was clean and had plenty of rooms, beds and bathrooms for everyone. The layout was also very nice with all the bedrooms downstairs and the common living space and kitchen upstairs with an open design. We also really enjoyed using the outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach and before hopping into the large clean hot tub on the back porch. The house is located just a couple blocks from the nicest beach out east - felt so private and super family friendly with great waves for boogie boarding or surfing. We are looking forward to returning!
