Would you like to enjoy a few peaceful days in Zell am See? Or take advantage of the excellent range of sports activities available? Then the "Wildente am See" apartment, with its view of the Kitzsteinhorn and quiet courtyard, is the perfect choice for you.
The renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential complex and consists of
an entryway, bathroom/toilet, kitchen, and living/bedroom.
Close to the beach (about a 2-minute walk),
Approx. 150 m to a bus stop (bus service to Zell am See, Kaprun, etc.),
Approx. 150 m to a 3-star hotel with a restaurant and outdoor dining area.
The Zell am See Hospital and the Maishofen beach are in the immediate vicinity.
Zell am See is a 5-minute drive away. The bus runs to town approximately every 30 minutes. You can also take the bike path right along the lake to Zell am See or walk along the lakeside promenade. Playgrounds are located in the immediate vicinity and are also within walking distance.

The drive to the famous Tauern Spa in Kaprun takes only 15 minutes.

Amenities:
55" TV, cable TV, internet, PlayStation 3, toaster, hair dryer, marble heating panel, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, awning, beach loungers and umbrella, picnic blanket, pots and pans, silverware, dishes, parking in front of the house, air pump, Martello coffee maker (tabs must be brought along) and a clothesline.

Towels, tea towels, bath towels, bed linens, pillows, and blankets are provided and included in the price.

2 seating areas with 4 armchairs on the balcony

Enjoy your coffee on the balcony with a view of the beautiful Kitzsteinhorn.
