AMAZING!

This is the second year our company has rented this property for the Miami Boat Show. Matias is a fantastic person to work with. The property never disappoints- always gorgeous and clean! It is has continued to be a pleasure to come to this house every year. We look forward to 2018 being our third visit to this property!

Pool and kitchen are very good but there are two bedroom are not bedroom

We loved the big pool and nice kitchen as well as kitchen supply. We brought our own kitchen knives. There are one small day bed without door and tiny maids court so it shall be three bedrooms indeed. Living room and family room are ok.

The perfect vacation house!

This home is located just a couple of blocks from the main road through Key Biscayne with all of its shops and not far from the beach club. Access to the beach club made our stay, as we were able to spend the day at the beach and the pool and feed our three small children at the club before returning home to tuck them into bed. The house, which is immaculate, is beautifully laid out for a large family group with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in one area, the master bedroom with a gorgeous bathroom, private from the kids' area, and a nanny's room and bath adjoining the kitchen. There is also a library where we were able to place the portacrib when the littlest one needed peace and quiet. The furnishings are elegant and simple, there's a fenced pool in the courtyard garden and the kitchen is sleek and modern. The family brought us a portacrib, gave us guest privileges at the club, and kindly left the fence up around the pool for us, as well as very sweetly mailing us some bathing suits we left behind. I can't recommend this house more highly - it's a perfect vacation home.

GORGEOUS HOUSE- A KEY BISCAYNE DREAM

I cannot say enough about this house and the owner Matias. Our company stayed here for the Miami Boat Show and we loved every minute of it. Matias was accommodating before our arrival and up until the very end; such a nice person to work with during this process. If we had any questions about anything he offered to come over to the house help us. This house is close to everything you could need; approx 4 minutes to downtown shops, grocery stores, and more. This house has great amenities, and is absolutely stunning. We will definitely be back for the boat show next year and it is without question where we will be staying. If you are thinking about this rental do not hesitate!
