The unit features high-end finishes including a european-inspired kitchen, blond wide-plank hardwood floors, a corner exposure with tall double paned windows, and excellent craftsmanship. The unit itself features a lot of extra storage off the living room, and the building features bike storage for up to two bikes inside too.

Super bright, private first floor home only 2 years old- with gorgeous wood floors, kitchen and tall ceilings too! Large TV with Roku, plus bar table and comfy couch too!

Guests can access the unit at any time 24 hours using the electronic keypads.

Dupont Circle is DC's most vibrant and desirable neighborhood, with incredible architecture, grand homes and a beautiful circle at the heart of it that is a go-to spot on nice days to relax and enjoy the scenery. Just two blocks to Safeway, Vida gym, and tons of restaurants, bars and more- Dupont Circle is where it's at!



Getting Around:

Metro is just 3 blocks away at Dupont Circle (19th and Q) or a little longer to U Street (green line, 13th and U). Uber and Lyft are easy to use to get around, as are rented bicycles or scooters, and walking is super easy too!
