The exterior of the property was not well maintained. The interior had a low-end quality of finish. Overall it was not a good value for what I was charged. To top off not feeling that I received what was advertised, on the morning that I checked out, there was no hot water to shower with. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but I cannot recommend this property to other travelers

We were particularly surprised by some of your comments regarding the quality and condition of the property, as the home was recently renovated with the goal of providing our guests with a comfortable, modern, and well-equipped stay. The property has new furniture purchased only a few months ago, a brand-new kitchen with new appliances and amenities, an updated bathroom, and a brand-new washer and dryer. It also offers the convenience of a private parking space for up to two cars, which is a valuable amenity in this area. The property is situated in a highly desirable location with easy access to Beverly Hills and many of Los Angeles’ most popular destinations. We take great pride in the property and work hard to ensure that it is accurately represented in our listing. Regarding the hot water on the morning of checkout, we’re sorry that this was an inconvenience. When you contacted us, we were able to assist and restore the hot water promptly. The tankless water heater simply needed to be reset by unplugging it and plugging it back in. We’re glad our team was available to help resolve the issue at the time, although we understand that any interruption on the morning of departure can be frustrating. We respect that every guest has different preferences and expectations, and we’re sorry that the property was not the right fit for you.

The property was perfect for our family trip! The kitchen was fantastic and had everything we needed, and the living space was comfortable, spacious, and great for spending time together as a family.The only minor drawback was that there was just one bathroom, but it didn't significantly impact our stay.One thing I especially appreciated was having a dedicated parking space on the property. It made coming and going so much easier and was a huge convenience throughout our trip.The host was absolutely amazing. They were friendly, accommodating, and incredibly responsive. Even when I had what were probably silly questions or late-night concerns, they always responded quickly and were genuinely helpful. That level of communication gave us a lot of peace of mind and made the entire experience even better.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. We would definitely book this property again for our next trip and highly recommend it to others!
