There are a few maintenance issues with the faucets in the main upstairs bath leaking when turned on. The toilet in the front bathroom may need a flapper adjustment as it refills every hour or so. The space was great and we enjoyed the location. We hope we didn’t have many check out responsibilities as we looked for a list or email but didn’t find instructions. We only slept in the 3 upstairs bedrooms and used the toilet and sink in down stairs bath. No one used that shower so hopefully it saves u some cleaning time. We appreciate the time we spent there and would definitely come again. Thank you.

We loved this place! So much space, incredibly comfy beds and shared spaces, I bet if we’re ever back, this is where we choose to stay. We were visiting Charlotte for a small wedding within walking distance. We spent most of our time in the living room and courtyard of the space. So incredibly cozy, you won’t regret staying here for the comfort, cleanliness and convenience of all this is nearby!

This house was perfect for our family to stay at while we visited for a wedding. My family and my sister's family stayed here (4 adults, 5 children, ages 1-5) together. The host was very accommodating and provided baby gates and a crib with clean sheets. They were very communicative and promptly responded to all of my questions. They offered us an early check in as well. The home was clean and had all necessary amenities. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. There was also a park nearby that the kids enjoyed. We would absolutely recommend this home for anyone staying in the Charlotte area.

Why they chose this property

The 4th Ward of Charlotte is rich in history, is perfectly situated for walking everywhere including Panthers, or Charlotte FC, and concerts at Bank of America stadium. Hornets and other performances at the Spectrum Center are also just a few blocks away. The Charlotte Convention center is a 3 minute drive or a 15 minute walk as well.

What makes this property unique

Built in 1905 and immaculately restored and maintained, this is one of the great historic homes of Charlotte's 4th Ward.
