Because of an air conditioner issue, the apartment we initially booked became unapvailable at the last minute. This could have been a disaster but a new apartment was quickly found! We appreciative the effort in quickly finding us a new apartment!

The check in process was difficult because we had to park in a garage, go to a different building than the Vrbo, get keys, go back to garage to get stuff, then unlock door. The unit itself was ok, except that my husband had to fiddle with the toilets to get them to flush. We tried making coffee in the morning and when we turned on the kitchen water, roaches came out of the sink and from under the coffee maker. Then I got into my purse for a tissue and flung out a roach crawling out of my purse. We felt roaches crawling on us in the night. The owners need to fix the plumbing and address insect issue before renting out to another guest.
