The spacious house offers a view of the sea and the mountains and consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a library, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms. The property can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed fiber optic internet, a washing machine, fans and a television with all kinds of sports channels and Netflix. A table tennis table and a foosball table are also located in the property. Your private outdoor area consists of a garden, terraces (open and covered), a barbecue, a pool and an outdoor shower. Your multiple outdoor seating areas invite you to relax under the sun while you lose yourself in a good book and the pool provides the necessary refreshment on hot days.
