Luxury 3BR/2BA apartment in a fully renovated historic Hyde Park ground-floor apartment. New renovation with high-end finishes, in-unit laundry, patio, dedicated workspace, and Peloton. Two BRs have king-sized beds. Located just 1.5 blocks from the Obama residence, approx. 0.5 miles to the University of Chicago, and about 1.5–2 miles from the Museum of Science & Industry and the new Obama Presidential Center. Ideal for families, groups, or professionals seeking comfort and location.

There is ample street parking available on the block, often right in front of the property. Parking can get a bit more competitive late at night, but it is unlikely to have to find parking more than one block away. There is public transportation to downtown and other areas nearby. The Metra commuter station in Hyde Park is one mile east of the property. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are abundant. It is a 10-minute ride to Soldier Field.

Why they chose this property

I lived in this neighborhood when my children were small. It is such an excellent blend of cultures, being on the South Side of Chicago and one of the few truly diverse neighborhoods in the city. It is so close to downtown, with access to Lake Michigan and the beaches. Hyde Park offers so many cultural attractions, natural beauty, and great restaurants and shops. It is truly my favorite neighborhood in the city.

This historic building has a unique stately facade, and its location is central to everything Hyde Park. The unit is a full gut rehab, designed to be warm and comfortable, with high-quality finishes.
