Tolle Wohnung in super lage

Wir haben den Urlaub serhr genossen, die Lage ist großartig und es ist alles in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kurze Info

Hallo wir kommen schon seit einigen Jahren nach Grossenbrode in den Strandpark und haben dort immer eine Wohnung bekommen. Diese Wohnung war auch sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben versucht die Agentur telefonisch zu erreichen, um bei Urlaubsbeginn mitzuteilen, das der Wasserhanh sehr locker ist. Nach einigen Tagen bemerkten wir beim Versuch zu waschen, dass die Waschmaschine beim Starten des Waschprogrammes die Tür anzeigt und die Maschine nicht startet. Auch da haben wir mehrfach versucht die Agentur zu den angegebenen Zeiten telefobisch zu erreichen und waren auch länger in der Warteschleife, leider kein Kontakt mit Agentur diesbezüglich erfolgt, sonst alles super.

Ihrer Hinweise "Wasserhahn/Waschmaschine" auch nicht über die Notfallrufnummer welche direkt neben den Schlüsseltresoren, ausgehängt ist oder per E-Mail. Gerne hätten wir versucht, Ihr Anliegen zu lösen, welches auch für den Eigentümer und das Vermittlungsbüro wichtig ist. Mit freundlichem Gruß

Wunderschöner Urlaub in direkter Strandnähe

Schöne, saubere, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet, alle benötigten Einrichtungsgegenstände vorhanden. Schlüsselübergabe kontaktlos, daher auch stressfrei bzgl. Ankunftszeit (ist in den Sommerferien nicht ganz unwichtig...). Ziemlich neues Haus (Baujahr dürfte ca. 2013 sein), daher auf neuestem Stand und auch alles andere als hellhörig (auch der Aufzug direkt neben der Wohnung ist nicht zu hören). Klasse Lage, da supernah zum schönen Strand. Gerade mit Kind ein großer Pluspunkt. :-) Alles in allem ermöglichte uns die Wohnung zwei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen an der Ostsee!
