Room to sit and enjoy your coffee and watch for dolphins swimming in the gulf. The bedroom features a king bed, perfect for a restful night. Guests can relax in the serene living room, which includes a sofa bed and a power recliner for extra comfort. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and a large vanity area. With air conditioning and heating, the space stays comfortable no matter the season. Wi-fi is available for your use as well. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning coffee on one of the two Lanai's, this amazing condo provides a wonderful retreat. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Located with just steps to the beach and across form Publix Grocery Store helps to make your stay easy to replenish your needs. On site shared laundry service and lots of lounge chairs, two tiki huts and a picnic table add to your comfort as you enjoy the beautiful white sand beach !
There is currently no elevator. Permits have been issued, but as yet we do not have a completion date. There is also a small patch of gravel between the pavers and the decking. The driveway and parking areas all have pavers.

This is a top stay of all time! The unit was spotless, VERY well-equipped kitchen, ample seating, THE best coffee mugs. They even thought of a privacy screen should you use the pull-out for a second sleeping space. You can't ask for a better location .. it's on the beach, directly across from Publix and easy access everything else that you love about Fort Myers Beach. Top Notch Hosts too!

Check in was on-line - very easy. We loved there was a Publix across the street. We were there over spring break (not planned - oops) which made travel on and off Estero Island take longer than we expected - that was was on us for our quick planning. Condo was roomy for us, very nicely redecorated. The bathroom was fine for us but is small for very large people - if you weigh 300 lb or more you will not fit in the shower.
