Located at Guanella Pass, just one hour from Denver.

The Space:

Welcome to Lostfork Basecamp, an exclusive collection of nine modern-rustic cabins nestled among the trees at the foot of Guanella Pass. Perfectly situated along a Colorado Scenic Byway and adjacent to National Forest land, our basecamp offers the rare opportunity to host large groups—up to 30 guests—while providing everyone with their own private, high-end sanctuary.

Whether you are planning a mountain wedding, a family reunion, or a corporate getaway, Lostfork Basecamp blends the intimacy of private cabins with a vibrant communal spirit.

The Accommodations - The basecamp consists of nine distinct cabins, each designed with vaulted ceilings, clean lines, and large windows that invite the forest and mountain views inside.

The 1-Bedroom Suites (Cabins 1–6 - Blue Skye, Broken Arrow, River Run, True North, Cutthroat Trout, and Aspen Pine)

- Capacity: Each sleeps up to 4 guests (Queen bed + comfortable sleeper sofa).

- Features: These cabins offer our most private settings, with Blue Skye anchored at the end of the row for maximum seclusion.

The Studio Cabins (Cabins 7–9 - Compass Rose, Cross Country, and Cast & Tackle)

- Capacity: Each sleeps 2 guests.

- Features: These studios utilize convertible Murphy beds to maximize living space and are located closest to the heart of the camp.

Modern Amenities in Every Cabin - Every guest will enjoy the comforts of home in a rugged mountain setting:

- Kitchenettes: Equipped with a mini-fridge, hot plate, and convection microwave for light meals.

- Sleek Interiors: Soft natural light and modern-rustic styling that mirrors the Colorado landscape.

- Climate Comfort: Expertly designed to stay cozy regardless of the mountain weather.

The Community Experience - What sets Lostfork Basecamp apart:

- Outdoor Community Center. Just steps from every cabin door, your group can gather to socialize, cook, and celebrate:

- Outdoor Cooking: Multiple grills and a smoker are available for ambitious group BBQ sessions.

- Gathering Spaces: Ample room to host "apres-adventure" drinks or morning coffee under the trees.

- Prime Location: You are at the doorstep of Guanella Pass, offering world-class hiking, fishing, and leaf-peeping just minutes away.

Inside each cabin, you’ll have an intimate spot for meals, card games while finishing off the night after a day on the trail. You can look out the large windows at the trees or up at the stars, and dream up your next adventure. Or refresh with a well-deserved reset in the sleek full bathroom with an ultra-modern feel.

Spend the morning outside on your own cabin’s covered patio, where morning coffee or creekside daydreaming feels like your own little retreat. Or you can unwind in your private hot tub, nestled just outside your cabin. Steps away, guests also have access to LostFork’s on-site outdoor community center, which includes a cold plunge, grill station, and fire pit.

Whether you’re seeking solitude, fresh air, or just a change of pace, this is the kind of place that invites you to slow down and stay a little longer.

*WiFi/Internet - Please note that while there is internet for the campground, it is satellite-based, and the main hub/router is located in the community center. Therefore, due to signal strength variations at different times, the WiFi/Internet signal in the unit is not guaranteed, and you may need to go to the community center for a signal.
