Whether you're relaxing indoors or exploring nearby, this enchanting home offers a welcoming spot to unwind.

The property has three units: Upstairs, Downstairs, and a house right behind the garage.

This unit is the house right behind the garage, was recently renovated. It has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, a full bath, a full kitchen, washer and dryer all included. A large living room with a sofa bed, sleeps up to 5 guests.

The driveway and grassplot are all belong to the owner. You may park on any of them.

The swimming pool is shared by all guests staying in this property.

Flamingo Beach access is right cross the Estero Blvd.

You may rent one, two or all three units which can host up to 19 guests. Search for Getaway Beach House with Ocea view, Upstairs Unit (VRBO ID 5078010), and Getaway Beach House, Downstairs (VRBO ID 5086039 ) Ask the owner for special discount to rent more than one unit!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all trashes into garbage bags and put all garbage bags into the black garbage bin near garage.
Put all recycling in a garbage bag, and then into the blue recycle bin
Gather all used towels together. There will be $15/each for any missing towels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Super close to beach. Plenty of parking. Furniture and kitchenware were basic, but adequate. Very clean. Small pool with plenty of seating.
