Situated on 6.3 acres along the Gulf of Mexico, the Sanibel Beach Club features 351 feet of private beach in the "Shelling Capital of the Western World".

As of 2026, the resort has been fully restored following hurricane recovery, with modern finishes and a serene island feel.

SBC has eight 4-unit structures (32 units). Each structure =2 units on bottom/2 units on the second floor. 4 of the 8 structures overlook the ocean, but you don't really get good ocean views unless on second floor

This unit is 7D, which is on 2nd floor and faces the ocean - i use to sleep on the porch facing the ocean as a kid,

Large heated outdoor saltwater pool, salt-filtered spa, 4 pickleball courts, tennis, shuffleboard, and volleyball.

Free bike rentals for exploring island-wide paths, gas grills for outdoor cooking, and allocated beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for guests.

Unit Features: Typically includes a full kitchen with modern appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, private screened lanai or balcony, and multiple smart TVs.
