All four bedrooms are located upstairs for added privacy, along with a spacious loft that provides extra seating and a cozy hangout area for games, movies, or quiet relaxation.

Inside, you’ll find a brand new kitchen with new appliances, stylish new furniture throughout, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, cookware, and everything you need to feel right at home. Enjoy three TVs, clean sheets and towels, a dedicated workspace, and a full laundry room with washer, dryer, and pool towels.

The backyard features a grill and an outdoor dining table, perfect for enjoying meals in the Arizona sunshine. A driveway is available for convenient parking. Thoughtfully designed with comfort, function, and ease in mind, this home is equipped with everything you need for a smooth, relaxing, and memorable stay.

Guests have full access to the entire house, backyard, and all community amenities during their stay.
