With a private entrance within a fully gated property, this townhouse-style home offers a spacious and functional layout—perfect for relaxing, spending time with family, or even working remotely. The property includes additional accommodations: an identical house and three independent rooms that can also complement stays for larger groups, as well as a small laundry area designated for housekeeping staff.



The house can accommodate up to 9 guests and features two bedrooms: the master with a king bed and the second with two double beds and a bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top). Both bedrooms include air conditioning and a full bathroom. The master bedroom also includes a desk ideal for remote work. The open kitchen is fully equipped and flows into the dining area, and the semi-outdoor living space features a Smart TV with IPTV. Outside, there’s a charcoal BBQ grill and parking for two vehicles (one inside and one on the exterior of the property). And of course - pets are more than welcome!
