Enjoy spectacular Atlantic Ocean and beach views from the huge balcony with panaromic views of both the ocean and bay. This is one of the nicest condos in the building with many upgrades that include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. You'll also love relaxing and swimming in the outdoor pool! This condo has a king size bed in the main bedroom and two twin sized beds in the second bedroom. The living room also includes a full sized sleep sofa so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. The condo also offers free high speed internet/WIFI, and one assigned parking spot. This condo is on the thirteenth floor and the building has an elevator as well as a separate building coin operated laundry room. There are TVs in the Master bedroom and living room offer cable TV. The TVs in the living room and master bedroom are also Smart TVs so you can stream your favorite programs (with your login credentials.) The 9400 building is located right on the beach and is close to grocery stores, the Gold Coast Mall, and restaurants like Blue Fish and Liquid Assets. Also the OCMD boardwalk and inlet is just a short drive or a beach bus ride away.

**There is a $65 non-refundable amenity fee charged by the building. It is not included in the price at time of booking and will need to be paid to the building upon check-in at the resort to receive a parking pass, etc.**

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $108.95. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
