You can enjoy beautiful sunrises from an oceanfront balcony on the east side of this condo or relax watching gorgeous sunsets on the west facing balcony and enjoy the view of the bay and the town. The spacious layout includes conveniences such as free high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer and even has new stainless-steel appliances. This condo has one true bedroom with a queen-sized bed. This is a true 1-bedroom condo, but the dining room also has been converted to a second bedroom with accordion type doors (see pics) which you can close or leave open. This room has a twin daybed with a twin trundle so you can sleep 4 people in this condo. Situated on the 11th floor of Fountainhead Towers, this condo provides a sense of exclusivity and privacy, while still being just steps away from the beach. Take a dip in the refreshing pool or explore the many nearby restaurants and activities such as Alley Oops or the original Greene Turtle! Â
Located at 116th Street and Coastal Highway, you'll find the quieter side of Ocean City with tons of entertainment nearby. Fountainhead Towers has a long list of amenities including a pool, courtyard, tennis court, pickle ball courts, off-street registered parking, and brand-new elevators. Check out the restaurant behind the building as well.
Please note Fountainhead Towers has a $60 building amenity fee. This includes one parking pass. This fee needs to be paid at the building upon arrival and is cash only. An additional parking space is available on a first come, first served basis directly through the Fountainhead Towers when you arrive. Additional passes, if available are $50 week and typically are easily available.
*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $83.75. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.
*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.
* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.
Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
