The property allows for guests to enjoy the relaxed lifestyle Scenic Hwy 30A has to offer. Get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy small boutique restaurants and shops, an active art scene, and some of the most breath taking beaches the gulf coast has to offer.

Sea Haunts 3A is a beautifully decorated three story gulf front town home. This property has coastal colors that are just perfect for a beachfront property! Enjoy spectacular views of the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The property has 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room, 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, and accommodations for 10 beach loving guests.

The first floor offers a bunk room with a twin over full bunk bed with a bonus roll out twin trundle underneath. An attached bonus room includes a large king-size bed with a full bath attached. A convenient laundry area and half bath is also provided between both rooms. The second floor offers a full family room with gulf views, full kitchen, dining room, and a half bath powder room. Head upstairs to the third floor to the primary bedroom with a king size bed, a full bath, and glorious gulf views. Another guest room is on this level with a queen-size bed and an attached tub-shower combination.

First Floor: Bonus Room with King Bed and Walk-In Shower + Patio Access, Bunk Room with Full/Twin Bunk and Twin Trundle, Powder Room, Laundry.

Second Floor: Living Room, Kitchen, Dining, Powder Room.

Third Floor: King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo.

The perfect spot!

The location was everything!!! Being able to walk right out the back door to the beach was perfect! I will also say we have stayed in many places in this area and this by far was the cleanest especially the floors! We will definitely come back to this rental for sure!!

Great place, quiet beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is great and the beach was nice and quiet. We were close enough to Destin to go do anything we wanted to, but also far enough out that we did not have to deal with the crowd. It was easy to find and the ocean reef resorts people were very helpful.

Family vacation

The unit we stayed at was great. The location to the beach was fantastic. It was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The beds were comfortable and we would definitely come back! We were close to restaurants that were great to eat at. Checking in and out was very easy.

Awesome morning views of the ocean with short walk to an uncrowded beach! Kitchen was well stocked and functional. Spacious! Great place to gather for meals. Very comfortable seating for all of us. Will definitely stay again! Just wonderful!

Annual golf trip

The view was beautiful. I think we would prefer to have a deck to sit out on but otherwise it was perfect. However we had continuous issues with the tv’s and internet.

Great location!

I am already booking again for 2016! The condo is well equipped and nicely decorated. The view is amazing, by far the best part. We rented bikes and rode to Seaside, it is also very close to Stinky's. I gave 4 stars b/c the rest of the complex is a little worn but very well maintained.

Beach Vacay

The property pics online are way better and must have been taken when the property was new. The carpets are gross and stained. The location is perfect but for the price the property has a lot to be desired. The beach and the pool were amazing and you can walk to restaurants and ice cream!

Great time at the BEACH

WE loved the location and the way the CONDO was set up. There were a few things that need to be updated and the kitchen has a very small REFRIGERATOR . beautiful views from the living/dining area and the master suite. Had a couple of issues and the management was great to tend to it. DEFINATELY a place to RENT AGAIN.

Beautiful Location

Vacationed at SeaHaunts for the first time in May for a girls' getaway. It was a wonderful experience. The views are amazing! Nothing like waking up to views of the Gulf. The place was very spacious and had everything we needed for a week on the beach. The location was within walking distance to several restaurants and entertainment at Gulf Place. There is also a bike rental shop nearby, which can be used to bike along 30A. I would recommend this vacation rental to others who are looking for a beautiful place to relax!

Amazing location and views

We loved the location of this condo, its right on the beach, and within walking distance to two coffee shops and several restaurants. The unit is decorated beautifully, and very spacious. The views are just amazing. I do agree with the previous reviewer about the window situation, they were a pain to open and close, that issue definitely needs to be addressed since there is no balcony space on the middle floor, and it is nice to have the windows open. Really other than the window issue, this place is perfect. We loved it so much we already booked it for our next trip.

It was awful….

Just kidding! Don’t want this place to get overbooked so we can stay there again and again. Loved it. The ease for my young family is amazing and you can’t beat the view. The only thing that I’d love to change is the grill. I love grilling food and the grill was not great.

Great location, property and service needs improvement.

This place is at a great location, beach front... at first I thought the service was prompt because when we arrived the AC unit for the converted garage was not functioning and they came out very quickly. The following day, I called because the place was infested with pest and the person who answered was very rude and they never sent any pest control so we had to endure the little roaches and other bugs; it is very nasty to see these all over the place including the kitchen and stove. The covers for the beds in the converted garage were nasty, with spots that looked like blood, cleaness was not great. The back sliding door lock is broken and one has to place a stick in the rail to secure it, really!!?? All in all, it is not a bad place to stay, they offer a lot of towels, the kitchen is stocked with all pots and silverware needed, it is very close to beach and you can see the beach shore and your belongings from the living room. I feel that it needs improvement with the detailes mentioned above, it was an enjoyable. Thanks for sharing your home!

great views, air condition struggles, best for a single family, not 2 families

Cleanly painted, sweet little unit. We missed having a balcony more than we thought we would. The view of the beach is wonderful. The kitchen is nice, although the dishwasher is tiny. The air condition does not go below 72 and sometimes it was 77 degrees upstairs; maintenance told us all these units struggle to cool and it wasn't broken. The queen bedroom is so small, we frequently bruised ourselves on the corners of the bed. The bed was hard, the room was hot. We had to share the bathroom with the master bedroom or go two floors down to shower. Really comfortable for only one set of adults who don't mind warmer temperatures. If that's you, the beach is close and the view is again, wonderful.
