We had a lovely stay and it was so nice for our dog as well. The Mountain Lake Cub had a doggy beach day on Saturday morning and it was a super fun experience. The host was friendly and responsive!

Great house! It had everything we needed! It was clean and well 'labeled' as to lightswitches, and instructions. The host was quick to answer and resolve any issues (for us it was playing a DVD)! The only downside was voltage to the hot tub, it worked, though the jets were half power. Location to the lake and the MLC was nice and the employees there were very friendly.

Shawn was very good with communication and everything was so easy. Being able to let our puppies outside into the fenced yard was so helpful. Was very clean and so easy to get around the area. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Stayed in this home for a girls wine weekend. The house has been well taken care of and updated for comfort. It was clean, well stocked and we felt at home. Air conditioning was excellent. The house is extremely roomy and gave us room to relax. The backyard was well maintained and the hot tub was clean. WiFi worked well and TV’s allowed us to use apps for viewing. Great communication with owner. Close to wineries and outdoor attractions. We highly recommend to future guests.

Property was amazing! And Shaun was wonderful with my late night panic of not being able to get in only to find out my GPS took me to the wrong house. We travel with 5 kids under 12, and there was room for us all to spread out and some to spare. But some how they all ended up choosing to be on top of each other. The kitchen is well stocked for any traveler, the drive there is amazing. My oldest said the loft nook was her favorite. I'm sad that we were only there overnight, I would have loved to spend more time exploring.

Our dogs loved the fenced in yard! That was definitely the highlight for us. Plenty of space for them to run around. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. I would have left 5 stars, but have to rate it overall 4 for the hot tub not being clean (had dirt and leaves in it so we did not use it) and window AC units needed a good cleaning. Other than that, overall a good place to stay in the area, especially with pets!

We take cleanliness seriously, and the hot tub is professionally cleaned, sanitized, and chemically balanced between every guest stay. We’ve also followed up with our cleaning team regarding the AC units to help ensure a better experience moving forward. Because the hot tub is located under trees, occasional leaves can sometimes blow in between cleanings during windy or stormy weather, but we still understand the disappointment and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
