Great view!

This was one of our favorite stays. The Holiday House sits atop a hill that has a stunning view of the Elbe River and the old town. Across the Blue estairBridge is ShillerPlatz and has been an operational restaurant since the late 1700’s, very cool!! Transportation is very easy taking the 61/63 to connect to a tram to get anywhere you want to go. The hosts, Ines and Alex where everything you want in host, sharing info on what to do and where to go. If you are planning on being in Dresden and need a quite place to stay, this is it!!

Das Ferienhäuschen war wieder liebevoll weihnachtlich geschmückt und die Gastgeber hatten einen kleinen Adventsgruß bereit gestellt. Die Ausstattung war wie beim letzten Mal super vollständig und die neu eingebaute Heizung wärmte das kleine Haus wohlig aus. Für den Blick über Dresden hat sich der "Aufstieg" über die Sandsteinstufen ebenso gelohnt.Ich komme gerne wieder!

Schon vor Ankunft hat sich der Gastgeber mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt und den Weg beschrieben . Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und das Gepäck wurde uns mit dem privaten Lift nach oben gebracht . Die ca. 100 Stufen haben sich gelohnt , wir haben ein sehr sauberes , gut eingerichtetes Häuschen mit gepflegten Terrassen vorgefunden. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft , wir haben die Zeit genossen und kommen sicher noch einmal.

Kleines Ferienhaus mit herrlichem Blick

Das hübsche Ferienhaus liegt hoch am Elbhang. Wenn man doch etliche Stufen erklommen hat, wird man mit einem unglaublichen Blick über Dresden belohnt. Ausserdem ist das kleine Ferienhaus vollkommen für 2 Personen ausgestattet und mit einer eigenen Terrasse und Garten umgeben. Einzig die beiden ums Eck gestellten Betten sind etwas ungewöhnlich, dass ist jedoch dem kleinen Grundriss des Häuschens geschuldet. Die Vermieter waren zurückhaltend und die Kommunikation via WhatsApp war sehr freundlich. Die Anbindung ins Stadtzentrum ist in 5 min erreichbar, auch Ausflüge ins Umland sind von der Fewo aus sehr gut möglich. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde bestimmt wiederkommen.

Schöner Ausblick

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, es hat an nichts gefehlt, mit einem super Ausblick auf das blaue Wunder und die Elbe. Diesen bekommt man, wenn man 120 Stufen erklommen hat. lohnt.

Traumhäuschen

Wir hatten vier schöne Tage in Dresden in einem top gepflegten, in super Lage gelegenem Haus am Elbhang. Von zwei Terrassen hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Elbe und Dresden. Haus ist zweistöckig, unten Küche und Bad, oben Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, ausreichend für 2 Personen.Sehr gemütlich, stilvoll und bis ins Detail mit Liebe eingerichtet. Alles, auch das ganze Grundstück sehr gepflegt und im Ganzen ein tolles Wohlfühlambiente. Die Familie wohnt weiter unten auf dem Grundstück, sind super nett, Kommunikation größtenteils per WhatsApp. Also wer nicht möchte, muss niemanden treffen. Viele Stufen bis oben, aber das wussten wir. Dafür oben dann die absolute Ruhe und blvickgeschützt. Wir haben uns gut erholt und kommen bestimmt noch einmal.

Dresden und Umgebung

Es waren wunderschöne Urlaubstage im Ferienhaus am Elbhang in Loschwitz. Der Blick vom FH über die Elbe und Dresden ist grandios. Familie Herhold hat uns super betreut und alles hat perfekt gepasst. Die nähere Umgebung hat sehr viele Ausflugsziele zu bieten und die Stadt Dresden ist immer einen Besuch wert. Wir können eine Reise nach Loschwitz daher sehr empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus war traumhaft. Sehr , sehr nette Gastgeber, wunderschöne Aussicht, ruhig gelegen und die fast 100 Stufen Aufstieg zum Häuschen sind auch nicht so schlimm wie gedacht. Alles vorhanden im Häuschen, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wenn es wieder in die Gegend gehen soll ist das die erste Adresse, die ich zu buchen versuche. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!

Wohnen über den Dächern Dresdens

Das Ferienhaus steht frei auf dem Grundstück der Vermieter. Da es auf dem Grundstück in Hanglage oben liegt, sind rund 100 Treppenstufen zu überwinden, um es zu erreichen, was sich aber absolut lohnt! Die Aussicht über Dresden ist traumhaft und kann sowohl aus dem Wohnzimmer, als auch vom Grundstück aus genossen werden. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sowohl per Mail, als auch telefonisch und vor Ort sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Gleichzeitig hat sie sich auf das Wesentliche konzentriert und war nie aufdringlich. Hinreichend Platz für Privatsphäre war auch durch die Aufteilung des Grundstücks gegeben, insofern eine dichte Hecke die Gebäude bzw. Terrassen voneinander trennt. Das Ferienhaus beschränkt sich im Stile eines Tinyhouse auf das Wesentliche und fordert Kompromisse ein (z.B. Schlafzimmer mit kleinen Betten über Eck statt Doppelbett, kleines Badezimmer ohne Fenster, Küche ohne klassischen Backofen). Auf der Habenseite stehen aber der unvergleichlich schöne Ausblick über Dresden sowie der großzügig geschnittene und exklusiv zum Ferienhaus gehörende Grundtücksteil, der zu Sonnenstunden in herrlicher Ruhe einlädt. In fußläufiger Entfernung haben wir alles Notwendige in den schönen Stadtteilen Loschwitz und Blasewitz vorgefunden. Das Stadtzentrum inkl. der sehenswerten Altstadt ist nicht weit entfernt und Wanderziele im Osterzgebirge waren binnen einer Autostunde gut erreichbar. Wir habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und bedanken uns vielmals bei den Vermietern!!!

Eir haben eine sehr ruhige, gepflegte und mit allem ausgestattete FeWo mit wunderschoenem Panoramablick ueber Dresden vorgefunden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hatten die Wohnung weihnachtlich geschmueckt. Es waren sehr nuetzliche Informationen fuer den Aufenthalt in Dresden und Umgebung vorhanden! Empfehlenswert, sehr nette Vermieter, schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in Dresden und der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist ein Traum, der Blick auf das Blaue Wunder einzigartig. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sehr sauber und für 2 Personen gut ausgestattet. Man muss nur gut zu Fuß sein und Treppensteigen können. Die Verkehrsanbindung war sehr gut, der Bus ist wirklich um die Ecke und nach wenigen Minuten Fußweg gelangt man zum Körnerplatz mit Restaurants, Standseilbahn und Schwebebahn. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Gern kommen wir einmal wieder.

Einige schöne Herbsttage in Loschwitz und Umgebung

Der Aufenthalt in der schönen, 2- geschossigen FeWo mit dem wunderschönen Blick auf Dresden hat, uns sehr gefallen. Dabei hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die FeWo ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch für etwas kältere Nächte gut beheizbar. Auch ihre Umgebung ist liebevoll gestaltet. Im Sommer bringt die zusätzliche Benutzung des Außenbereiches - Kamin, Grill, ... - sicher noch eine Erweiterung des Erholungseffektes. Das Gastgeber- Ehepaar ist sehr nett, und immer erreichbar. Die 100 Stufen zum Erreichen der FeWo waren für uns eine kleine sportliche Bereicherung unseres Urlaubs. Wir waren ja hauptsächlich zum Wandern in und zur "Erkundung" der näheren Umgebung gekommen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind per Pedes, mit ÖPNV oder kurzen PKW- Fahrten zu erreichen. Wir werden dieses Quartier gern weiterempfehlen.

Wir sind rundherum zufrieden mit unserem Kurzurlaub in Dresden. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die Unterkunft super schön, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und das in sehr guter Qualität. Abends vorm Kamin konnte man schöne Stunden verbringen. Es ist zwar ein rechter Aufstieg bis zur Wohnung, aber der Ausblick entschädigt einen dann vollends.
