The hosts were great! Communication was clear, responsive, and easy throughout our stay. The house was wonderful and very comfortably accommodated all seven of us. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and utensils, which made cooking meals easy.With the exception of the bunk bed mattress, all of the beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure in the house was great.My only real complaints were that the water near the property is fairly shallow, and the pier is a bit older and could use some cleaning or maintenance. That said, considering the price and the secluded waterfront location, it was absolutely worth it. The setting is peaceful, you're right on the water, and the drive to the house is beautiful.One thing to keep in mind is that you're about 30 minutes from the nearest major grocery store (HEB), so it's a good idea to stock up on groceries before arriving. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again because the location and value are hard to beat.
