Everything was as listed. Great stay. Host was extremely responsive. Property was centrally located for my needs and I will definitely book again. Only suggestion would be to add some sort of closet shelving or drawers. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and living out of a suitcase the entire time was a PITA.

Awesome property! It’s a brand new house with modern appliances and beautifully furnished.. the huge backyard, 100 inch TV, and Kureig coffee maker made us super comfortable for our stay! The host was very accommodating and check in was easy. Would definitely come back!

We had a great stay at this Hyde Park property. The apartment was very clean, quiet, and exactly as pictured, with modern appliances and updated finishes throughout. The location was especially convenient for everything we needed in Hyde Park, making it easy to get around and enjoy the neighborhood. In our case, we wanted to be near U. Chicago hospital. You can tell the property is new and thoughtfully set up. We’d definitely recommend it to others visiting the area.

In town for college event (daughter's graduation). It was close to campus and easy uber / lyft everywhere. Clean, as promised. Could have benefited from a few more places to hang clothes and possibly a full length mirror in a closet to "check your look." Walking distance to full service grocery store was a plus. Everything else was very good.

I would have preferred a lock box or code to access the house rather than having to hand-off physical keys. When you're on vacation sticking to very specific schedule or pre-determined exact check in time is very inconvenient. The master bedroom mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. The mattress squeaked and moved the whole bed when one person made a tiny shift. There were no hanging rods in the closets and only a handful of hangers for all three rooms.
