Welcome to Smoky Mountain Escape, located in the highly sought-after Summit Gatlinburg complex. We recently purchased this beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo and are in the process of enhancing an already successful vacation rental with thoughtful updates and improvements.

The condo features three separate sleeping areas, each equipped with a comfortable queen bed and its own smart TV—perfect for privacy and relaxation. Enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed views of Mount LeConte and downtown Gatlinburg from the living room or private balcony. Each morning offers a truly unforgettable sunrise, setting the tone for a perfect day in the Smokies. The condo is located on the third floor. Please note that there is no elevator access, so we recommend considering this if anyone in your group has mobility concerns.

This is our third condo in the Summit community, a place we genuinely love and visit often ourselves. We’re thrilled to welcome this property into our family and share it with guests.
