About this property

Lakefront Hartwell Home with Private Dock + Sleeps 15

Escape to this serene Lake Hartwell retreat with direct lake access and a private dock for boating, fishing, and relaxing by the water. Enjoy stunning lake views from the open floor plan and expansive wrap-around porch, perfect for morning coffee or sunset gatherings. Surrounded by peaceful nature and featuring a professional massage chair, this cozy getaway is ideal for couples, families, or friends seeking a tranquil, memorable stay.

***NOTE: due to lower than normal water levels for the lake, the dock is currently sitting on dirt and water access is non-existent. You’re more than welcome to go on the dock and explore the property, but unfortunately you won’t be able to enjoy the water at this time. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience, and believe me, we’re not happy about it.

We had a great stay! The location on the lake was excellent for our kayaking and paddle boarding. The house had plenty of room for all 10 of us. And the massage chair is a bonus! There were a few reasons why I only gave 4 stars. First, the house was clean enough but it could definitely use a deep cleaning. Things like fans and baseboards were grimy. Secondly, the dock has part of a board missing and could be dangerous if someone stepped on it wrong. And lastly, there is an ant problem. Fortunately, they were not in the house, but our kayaks and paddle boards got covered in them and they even got into my car! I’m still trying to get them out. Overall, I would recommend this place and would stay here again in the future.
