This place is a perfect hotel in Sullivan’s Island! Location is awesome for exploring the Island…walking distance to everything.Super clean and well equipped! Local coffee to boot!

There was a terrible smell of urine in the bathroom (and sometimes the bedroom) the entire length of my stay. They believe it was the drains, but I disagree. I was a commercial property manager for many years and it definitely wasn't the same smell caused by a dry drain.
