2006 home built in north port, Florida. home features 4 bedrooms plus a den which will accommodate multiple couples or a large family with children (Max 6 adults plus children). Additional fees are charged to guests in excess of 6 persons.

Enjoy spacious living in this 2200 sq. Ft. under air conditioning with an open concept floor plan that features a great room, den, formal dining room carpet spanning the entire home. Large screened in lanai offers an additional 900 sq ft of additional entertainment space around a heated private pool. Two bedrooms have large walk-in closets to store your luggage and treasures discovered on your vacation. A bonus 4th bedroom provides additional space for more guests (queen bed).

A large master features a king bed and ensuite with two basins, an oversized oval tub and a separate walk in shower.

A queen bed is located in the second and forth bedroom, the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on the top. A second bathroom has a combination tub/shower and single vanity.

The formal dining room features a magnificent dining table and chairs, very comfortable for those evening dinner parties when you don’t wish to dine out.

The kitchen includes a glass top stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, osmosis filtered water and breakfast bar that overlooks the vaulted ceiling family room and pool. A tv/DVDs/cd entertainment canter complete with cable tv service is located in the great room or you can find solitude in the separate den room. Wireless wi-fi will keep you connected throughout the house.

An incredible heated private swimming pool will keep you entertained for hours and is completely screened in with a fan cooled lanai that features a covered grilling area. Lounge chairs for relaxing around the pool are provided. Entertainment is complete with a separate covered sitting and dinning area

Centrally located, interstate 75 is just five minutes away from many local attractions.
Located in the heart of Southwest Florida between Tampa and Fort Myers and within easy access of Interstate 75, the City of North Port offers an extensive amount of “off the beaten path” experiences beyond the community’s commercial centers. North Port’s unique natural environment can be experienced in a wide range of activities, including canoeing and kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, and cycling.

We booked our stay in north port for my brothers wedding. We had family coming in from across the country and just wanted a place to hang out. It was a great fit. Anything you needed Martin and cindys home has. A few hiccups at checkin but was quickly rectified as Martin was quick to respond. We enjoyed our family meals as we had ample Space.

Peaceful Getaway

Plenty of space for our family of four plus grandparents. Accurate description, clean, and prompt responses from Cindy & Martin. The home is near many trails, parks, restaurants, and the drive to the beaches was fine (30 minutes). The pool was nicer once the air temp was above 80 (we had the kids in wetsuits when it was cooler) and the screened in lanai was perfect for meals, playing cards, and lounging. Microwave went out during our stay and they had one ready for us to pick up the next day, which they did not need to do - it was thoughtful. Many small touches in the home made it quite comfortable. Note that we gave some drama prior arrival regarding sending all drivers licenses of adults to a private email (typically one is securely sent with rentals from our experiences, and we have had problems with identity fraud in the past), but we were able to send them via VRBO and it worked out. A great stay in a quiet community- thank you again for sharing your vacation home with us!

Fun with Friends in Northport, FL

My wife and I rented this home for the month of March, 2018. The home is very well kept and spacious with four bedrooms. We enjoyed the salt water pool and enclosed patio area. The home is located in central Northport and close to any shopping you might need. It is also very close to excellent golf at a variety of courses; and local Englewood and Boca Grande/Big Gasparilla Island beaches (all of them excellent) are nearby. If you like to search for shells and sharks teeth, these beaches are for you (along with great sun and water). There are excellent restaurants throughout the area that we thoroughly enjoyed. The owners Cindy and Martin were easily accessible if any issues arose (and none did), and the home is well equipped for a very comfortable vacation stay.

We stayed at Martin and Cindy's home for almost three months (Jan, Feb, & Mar). What can we add to the other reviews? Comfortable beds and furniture. Lots of linens, kitchen had more pots, pans, dishes, ect. than you could ever use. Pool area was large with a great shady area to get out of the sun. We had a birthday party with 12 people one evening and there was ample room and supplies for everyone. Home is in a great location, close to grocery stores, drug stores, and access to the interstate. Owners were very prompt in replying to any questions or concerns. Let's face it, your not going to find a better home!!

NORTH PORT HOUSE

Nice house, this was the third year in a row that we stayed at one of Martin and Cindy's homes. As in the past everything is kept up well. Everything you need is in the house, buy your on food. Very nice pool and large lanai.It is in a quite neighborhood, minutes to walking/riding path or walk the streets in the neighborhood. Half hour - forty minutes to the smoothest sand I have ever walked on, Siesta Key beach. Our son lives in North Port, if he does not have his house purchased by next year we will be staying at the same house.

We stayed in a lovely home in North Port. Everything was provided even some initial food supplies when we arrived. The home is exceptionally furnished and had all the comforts of home. Martin and Cindy ensure home is equipped for everyone. Salt water Pool was lovely! Very private lanai for relaxation. Good highway access for visiting other areas of Florida We will definitely return!

Wonderful family vacation!

This was the right home that very comfortably accommodated our family of 9. Clean, comfortable, and everything we needed. The kids loved having so much room to spread and not having to clear the table from a puzzle or board game because there was another table to use. This may sound minor but when you have 7 kids under the age of 15 it's nice having all the eating/table space. Of course...they loved having a pool right out the door! Arriving at night to find Christmas inflatables in front of the house to greet us added to some of the little things that make a great trip. A short drive to the beach, many parks and trails nearby, easy access to the freeway, shopping...all easily accessible. Everything inside and out was clean and kid friendly...including a few bikes they were able to enjoy some trails with! The owners quickly responded to any questions and kept contact to make sure things were fine or if anything else was needed. We usually don't stay at the same place twice (just for variety) but would make exceptions for this one! We would highly recommend this property. Thank you for adding to a great trip!

We are a middle age couple who have been traveling to Florida for more than 20 years and have finally found our tropical home away from home. We look forward to becoming 6 month snow-birders at some point in the future.

Why they chose this property

We looked in many Florida locations and found North Port to be centrally located to all Florida activities, airports and highways. We liked the quiet peaceful area while we still have close proximity to the gulf beaches.

What makes this property unique

After enjoying the many Florida attraction, fabulous beaches, great shopping, we love to come back to relax at our home in the quiet North Port area. We often take cruise ships from the many Florida ports but returning to our private pool and covered lanai give us the opportunity to unwind and spend that special time with family and friends.
