Just 0.4 miles (about a 10-minute walk) from the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach, this beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat is the perfect setting for your family getaway. Wake up and stroll to the beach, spend your afternoons exploring nearby restaurants and shops, and come home to comfort and fun.

Inside here you’ll find a spacious layout, a fully equipped kitchen for family meals, a convenient laundry room, and high-speed WiFi throughout the home. Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure all backyard propane appliances (grill, fire pit, heater) are completely turned OFF and that the valves are closed.
If you notice any broken, damaged, or missing items during your stay, please let us know.
Replacement charges may apply for any items that go missing or is damaged during your stay. If any please make sure that all pet waste indoor/outdoors fully cleaned & properly disposed before checkout
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- No smoking or vaping inside (Including Bathrooms) - Illegal drug use or related activities are strictly prohibited within or near the HOA.
- No unregistered overnight guests - No fireworks - Don't move furniture or remove items - No loud music during quiet hours (10 pm-8 am) - No Parties

The property was clean, close to the beach as described and the host provided so many nice little amenities that made our stay more convenient and comfortable. The host was very communicative and very responsive on the app.I would highly recommend this property for a group that is driving in that has 3 vehicles coming in. The area is very peaceful and quiet.
