Relax with the hole family in this cozy Tahoe mountain retreat. Stone Pine House is perfectly located 1 mile from Heavenly and right on the rim trail. Step out to hike, bike, dirt bike or snowshoe right from the yard.
Bring your furry friend along: the home is equipped with a dog pen, dog run, and convenient dog doors. Inside you will find a true Tahoe cabin experience, full of classic mountain charm and a warm welcoming atmosphere.
House Rules:
Permit # DSTR1586P
*Our Permit allows 8 overnight guest maximum, this includes children. There are 16 day guests allowed maximum.
*There are no parties and special events allowed
*Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 am and are strictly enforced.
*There are no more then 4 cars allowed. All cars must be parked in the driveway, there is no street parking. There will be a parking permit issued for each vehicle and it must be displayed in the dash. All illegal parking may result in a $500 fine.
*All garbage must be placed in the bear box at the end of the driveway
*The house needs to be in the condition it was rented to you, any damages will be reported at the expense pf the guest.
