Easy access to Rockland, Camden, Booth Bay for Boat Trip to see the Puffins. Plenty of seafood restaurants and shacks and list of shops to browse. Good access to book sailing cruise. House generally clean though bathroom sinks would benefit from bleach for mold around drains. All bed rooms on second floor with moderately steep steps. Plenty of room to spread out in the house for large family or multiple couples. Nice yard. Disappointed with water access eg from map and description ocean is just across the street. You can see it but have to drive to a nearby beach. All considered we had a good vacation there.
Everything was great. Only thing was that the entry code mechanism was a little tricky, that is, there appeared to be little feedback when pressing each number. That’s a very minor item.

Great location. Extremely comfortable and welcoming place to stay. This place is far more attractive than it's photographs, not that the photographs are bad but they do not the place justice.
