Great location and well laid out condo.

Prime spot for beach access

Very good communication from Stubbs, easy check in and checkout, great parking spot and perfect spot to access the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub, easy access to beach and outdoor shower after surfing and convenience to great coffee, shops, scenic overlooks, Torrey Pines, La Jolla, Cardiff, train (Padres game), etc. So glad we got good advice from a friend to stay North of San Diego and find accommodations near the beach.

great summer getaway

This condo was perfect for our family of 5 (kids ages 8, 10, and 12). It is beautifully decorated and comfortable with efficient use of space. The complex was quiet and nicely maintained. Parking is close to the unit and wasn't a hassle. Pictures and description are accurate. Would definitely stay here again!!! Only downside was no A/C and the stairs to the beach weren't accessible, but we were aware of that before we booked the rental.

Great Location

I rented this unit to attend the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines, and enjoy a winter getaway. It was easy to get to the tournament, and about 30 minutes from the airport. Great beach access (but lots of stairs) and lovely hot tub overlooking the beach. Complex was pleasant, and the unit was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and had cable TV. Only problem was several overpowering scented reed diffusers, but once located and put outside it was fine.

Comfortable Place To Stay

Great place to stay for 2 weeks. The complex is on the water, but our unit was not. To be fair, it was a very close walk (75ft). The dishwasher wasn't screwed into the counter so when the door opened it did gouge my leg and made me bleed. That's a simple fix with a couple of screws. Other than that, we really enjoyed it.

For example when the microwave went out they brought over a counter one within 15 minutes as a replacement. The unit needs some upgrading: the window treatments, dishware, and kitchen supplies in particular.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location right next to a beautiful coastline was great. However, the apartment was not very clean. Especially the blankets, the second bed, which is stored in a rusty and dusty closet, the sofa and the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. Moreover, there were no decent plates and breakfast bowls. We went to ask for new ones, received some plates but no bowls. The refrigerator is very loud when it starts to cool, which bothered a lot when we were in the kitchen-living room area.

The property is well located, safe and 2 parking spaces easy and convenient. The so said upgrades we lacking, old appliances, old pots and pans, dishwasher coming out of the cabinet, broken blender and few other things not up to par. Bedding was good and comfortable. We had to use dehumidifiers since it felt damp. We were expecting a bit more for our money.
