This is the second time staying here!! It is always so clean, well-stocked and plenty of room for our whole family and dogs!! The host is very responsive and helpful with information! I would highly recommend this location especially with its bakery just up the road.

Wonderful Family Retreat

Awesome

It was a quiet and beautiful place. It was not too far from Bar Harbor/Acadia National park. Family did a lot of kayaking (which came with the rental), fishing and swimming, The rental was very spacious. We had a great and relaxing stay.

Fantastic place

Perfect place for a graduation weekend. Even though it’s not real close to campus, about 25 minutes, it was well worth it. We have a large family plus invited daughters friends for a barbecue after the grads walked. Very roomy and well taken care of. Would definitely come here again

The house and host were perfect. We loved the house, firepit, outside patio furniture, lake and all the toys. I would rent the house again. The only reason I am not giving excellent overall is the small things. We had to buy TP because they provided 1 ply and not enough paper towels. They were so sweet to provide everything for s'mores except we had to go buy the skewers for the marshmallows. There was no dishwasher detergent so you can use the dishwasher but need to buy the dishwasher soap, which we did.

Great Getaway

This is our second Greer family rental and I plan on coming back. Great service, having the boat waiting for you at the dock is amazing and really enhances the rental. Our little family made memories that will last a lifetime.

Great stay on chemo pond

We had a wonderful stay at the James House on Chemo pond! We rented a boat for the week which just took the vacation to another level of fun! Josh was very responsive and attentive. The lake is beautiful and very peaceful and relaxing. The house had everything we needed and more! Can’t say enough good things about our vacation week!
