Tucked into the front of our 70-acre farm at Living Water Winery & Vineyard, this fully renovated 1950s mountain cottage blends rustic charm with modern comfort. The home features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a cozy loft, sleeping up to 6 guests. Enjoy vaulted ceilings, stunning mountain views, and a spacious deck perfect for morning coffee or sunset relaxation.

The private 2-acre setting includes a flowing creek with a small waterfall, a firepit, and peaceful surroundings. Guests can stroll through our vineyards, fish in our private pond, and walk to our popular tasting room for award-winning wines.

Located just 15 minutes from Blairsville and 20 minutes from Blue Ridge, this is the perfect escape for a relaxing mountain getaway, romantic retreat, or family stay.
