The Space:
Relax in a casual condo with a private balcony and a distant view of the Gulf, with plenty of shared amenities to enhance your trip to the beach. The entire studio is cooled with central air conditioning and features high-speed internet allowing you to plug in with ease. Brew up coffee anytime using the coffee maker, and store and heat meals using additional conveniences like a microwave and a toaster. Rinse off after a day at the beach in the stone standalone shower, or prepare for the day at the hallway vanity. As part of your stay, guests can enjoy the use of a pool (heated year-round), hot tub, sauna, tennis court, fitness room, and more. Enjoy dinner at the Royal Palm Grille on the first floor!
The beach is located across the street, and guests can access the shore via the sky bridge. Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch) five-and-a-half miles from the condo. Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club three-and-a-half miles away. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just over one mile from this condo.
