Nice, spacious condo with great views from two porches. Two bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bath. Has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Fun place to stay

The property sits on the harbor walk so you can see the festivities from the pool deck or your balcony and pick out a restaurant you want to walk to - within a mile you can find a grocery store or great local eateries! Our room had everything we needed… except salt and pepper!

Location!! Amazing!

Our room provided a great view of Crab island. Room was great and our family had a blast. No beach service with this rental but Henderson State Beach just down the road. Property manager was so helpful and dealt quickly with issue.

Great Destin Experience

What a great way to experience Destin. Everything we needed was in walking distance: great food, boat rental, swimming pool, night life, beach, and shops. Staff was wonderful. As expected with rental properties, minor repairs were needed, but the rooms were perfectly clean and spacious. We will define e booking again.

The hotel was great, but we did have a major problem from Thursday till Sunday the showers and all three of the bathrooms never had any hot water and it would stop running. We called the front desk and they told us that they would get with you regarding the matter, but nothing was ever resolved. I believe there should be some form of a reimbursement for the inconvenience that we suffered the last three days of taking cold showers.

Favorite getaway.

Everyone concerned went out of their way to make an enjoyable experience. I had a last minute room change due to some unexpected maintenance concerns. Vacasa was quick with other options and took any stress out of the situation.

Great condo, great view, loved the recliner s. Ice maker wasn't working when we got there. Tv in master wasn't working & shower had low pressure. I didn't get the notice to take garbage out until after we checked out.

Beware!!!!No communication!!

Nice property, but there is a strong, stinky odor every time you walk in the door! I called twice, messaged, and emails, but got the run around from Vacasa who kept telling me that I’d be contacted. I Never was contacted. Also, the microwave scared us to death. It pops and makes sounds when used. I planned the trip for my high school friends of 40 years and was so embarrassed. Beware!!!!

The condo was not cleaned to an acceptable standard upon arrival. For a unit marketed as a penthouse, it fell significantly short of expectations and appeared outdated and poorly maintained. The toilets were visibly dirty, there was a strong foul odor coming from the kitchen, and mildew was present on the balconies. There were also notable safety and functionality concerns. The bed railings in the room with two twin beds extended approximately 10 inches beyond the mattress, creating a clear safety hazard. The television in the primary bedroom was placed on the dresser, blocking the mirror, and there was no full-length mirror available, making it difficult to get dressed. The dining area was inadequately furnished, with only four chairs despite the unit accommodating at least six guests. The ironing board cover was filthy. Additionally, a closet was filled with miscellaneous used household items, which detracted from the overall cleanliness and presentation of the space. Given the price point, this property is not being maintained or equipped at an appropriate standard. I have pictures for proof.
