The Space:

This delightful, 18th floor condo offers breathtaking views of the sparkling, sandy-white beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This vacation rental features nine-foot ceilings, colorful touches, and comfortable furnishings throughout. Prepare everything from beach snacks to full-course meals in the well-equipped kitchen and then dine at the breakfast bar or the dining table. The on-site amenities at Seychelles include two pools, one with a connected pool spa, a sundeck, and a fitness center.



This waterfront condo sits right on the white sandy beach, while St. Andrews State Park, where you'll find miles of scenic nature trails, picnic areas, and waterways, is less than a mile from your front door. You'll also find Schooner's, Panama City Beach's last local beach club, right next door. The famous Pier Park is only 10 miles drive with shopping, attractions, and big name restaurants such as Margaritaville. For additional all-ages attractions, both WonderWorks and the Shipwreck Island Waterpark are only a few miles away, while Gulf World is where you can get hands-on with dolphins and other marine animals.

The view is unbeatable-absolutely stunning. The beach was not crowded. The pool and hot tub (only one set was heated during our stay) were great as well. Location is great and the parking spot makes everything easy. Would highly recommend.

The unit was great. The location provides a much less crowded beach that the "other end". A short distance to St. Andrews Park and very close to several nice restaurants and grocery stores. The kitchen was well stocked. A perfect view with beach service. It doesn't get any better.

Very clean beautiful view on the beach

We enjoyed our stay. When we reached out to the property for a blow dryer and broken washer dryer, they responded promptly and efficiently. They called a repair man, brought up clean towels and a blow dryer. The place was the cleanest property I've ever rented on the beach for Spring Break. Not a grain of sand on the floors. The view was spectacular. What more could you ask for?

Magnificent view!

Wonderful view from 18th floor. However, this particular unit backed up to the elevator—my fault, should have asked location of unit. But would definitely do it again!
