This condo is comfortable and priced right! The unit has all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and bedroom essentials. The location is ideal, and steps from clear water. We highly recommend this listing, and look forward to returning!

Perfect beach getaway

We really enjoyed the balcony view and sounds of the ocean. This place has its own walkover to beach access, the hot tubs, sauna, and lazy river was a great add on...not to mention the host had everything u needed to make breakfast to dinner, u just needed the food...and beach toys, water toys and a cart to carry everything in to the beach!

This stay was absolutely perfect! We are already missing this amazing place!!! We enjoyed everything about our stay!! It had such a beautiful layout and multiple balconies! It was so comfortable and welcoming!! It was in close driving distance of any and all stores needed! The beach was just a short walk across the street and not too bad traffic! We were even able to book another night last minute as we wanted to stay longer. Definitely would stay again, and you should too! Excellent service and excellent home!

Dirty and Mold on Wall

The house was nice and in a good location but very dirty and the bedroom closet that has mold. The bed mattress cover was dirty and had to be washed before using. We also found a bowl in the kitchen cabinet with dried food. Stair rails, walls and baseboards were dirty (buildup), had not been cleaned in a while. I called, chatted and text multiple people about the cleanliness and mold in this rental. I received apologies and was told someone would correct the issues the next day. No one showed up or called. I text again to advise that no one showed up to clean and that no one called me, I received an apology and was told someone would call. Again no call. After checkout I text and was told I had to call local management, I would possibly get refund due to issues, I did call several times and no one answered the phone so I left messages, to this day no one has returned my calls.
