Excellent! While the area is a bit distressed it is centrally located. Everything that we needed was included. Plenty of space for everyone to space out and not be on top of each other. We enjoyed the popcorn maker and karaoke.

Overall, the home was great. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. I was originally using another property in the Indy area, but with a cancelation and using VRBO care, I decided to upgrade to this property. The home was very clean, spacious, had fun things to do (pool table, tv’s outside, workout gym, and hot tub). All of the beds were made, towels and toiletries were provided and laid out for everyone. I messaged the owner during our trip needing some maintenance and he responded right away and sent someone out to help resolve the issue promptly. The only complaint I have with the property is the location. My car was broken into, luckily nothing was stolen, but the area left some to be desired. Very nice home in a not so nice area in Indy.

Fortunately, it sounds like no items were taken, but we certainly understand how unsettling that can be. The home is located just two blocks from Butler University in a well-established residential neighborhood. While incidents like this can unfortunately occur in any larger city, guest safety is very important to us. For added security, we do offer gated parking behind the home, which many guests choose to utilize during their stay. We appreciate you sharing your experience and are grateful you enjoyed the property overall. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to host you again on your next visit to Indianapolis!

The host was super responsive upfront and during our stay. Really appreciated that quick and thorough communication.The home was wonderful and comfortably slept 12 without anyone crashing on the couches.The amenities were fantastic with plenty pillows, blankets, towels, kitchen equipment, and space!Volleyball and lacrosse brought us to Indianapolis and we would be happy to book the Menagerie on 40th next time we are back in town.
