When you arrive, you can access parking in the driveway. Multiple vehicles can fit in the driveway or you can park on the grass to the right of the driveway (directly in front of the white fence).
The front door has a keyless entry code that will be sent to you in your messenger 24 hrs before your scheduled arrival time.
Please note the following:
1. Florida is Tropical. In such an environment, we frequently encounter local wildlife which includes insects. Our home is well maintained and treated regularly to reduce bug encounters. However, we cannot control the occasional bug creeping in to say hello or found dead (this a good sign as the place is treated). Unfortunately, we will not issue a refund for a dead or live occasional bug. It's Florida and that’s where we live. If you happen to see a bug just let us know we can spray for you! We do not foresee this being an issue during your stay but we must mention it as bugs are everywhere in Florida, and so are little cute geckos and iguanas.
2. If you use the outdoor porch furniture, you will find the cushions in the two boxes located on the porch. We just ask you put the cushions back in the boxes when not in use as the sun and rain can be brutal in Florida. Please make sure they are placed back in the boxes before the end of your stay so they are in great condition for the next guests.
3. No keys to lose or to return- woohoo! You can enter with your personal smart lock code that will you will receive at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time.
4. We do politely ask guests to respect quiet hours from 10pm-8am both inside and outside for our neighbors.
Our Policies:
NO SMOKING INSIDE: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits.
