Just a half-mile away (a quick 3-minute drive), Wells Plaza offers everything you need for a carefree stay, including Hannaford grocery store, Reny’s, Dollar Tree, Bank of America, Flagship Cinemas, CVS, and plenty of local dining options.

Built in 2012 and used previously as a summer vacation home for a family from New York City, unit #113 at Barefoot is in like-new condition. Freshly painted and has wood floors in all rooms except tile in the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. High ceilings and lots of windows create a light, spacious feeling.

I've lived in Wells for 12 years and love the area and ability to walk everywhere (beach, restaurants, stores, movie theater, etc.) I purchased this cottage in 2025 as an investment property. If you love Wells as much as I do, or if you are new to the area, this is a great space and perfect location for your vacation in Wells. As a local, I'm available anytime you may need me during your stay.
