We had a wonderful stay! The location was great and made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. Check-in was seamless, and the home was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My kids especially loved the wave pool and all of the amenities—it kept them entertained the entire trip. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

We made some good memories at this property! The host is one of the best when accommodating his guest. I look forward to staying here again. Excellent property with lots of amenities for people of all ages. Our teenage granddaughters had a blast in the pools and on the lazy river. Our vacation would not have been as fun if we hadn’t had those on the property to keep them occupied and having a wonderful time. The grounds are immaculate and very well cared for. The staff and security people are friendly and helpful. Great location and close to so many restaurants. The view from the balcony is spectacular and the furniture on the balcony is comfortable. The owner is very responsive if you have any questions.

I loved the covered parking deck. Some of the other places we have stayed you park at the front door unload your stuff and then you have to move your car to an open parking lot. At Phoenix on the Bay you park on the 5th. Level unload and walk to your door. No moving the car. No elevator ride up to your floor. Only elevator ride is down to the pool and my favorite - the lazy river. We ran into zero problems. The listing was spot on. No big deal but make sure you bring salt and pepper. Be sure and eat at the restaurant Barometer Waterfront Grille It’s less than a mile up the street. Also the Tiki Bar just past Barometer. James responded to any email I sent in less than 15 minutes. They will be done with the inside pool very soon it is being redone so that is something to look forward to.

Perfect combination of amenities. We loved the boat slip being so easy to access and enjoyed the lazy river after a morning on the beach! The pool is very kid-friendly with splash area and slide. Condo was great location within resort and great view of bay. Will stay again!

Great place for families!

The condo was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. We had plenty of space and everything we needed to have a great time. The views of the pool & the bay are spectacular! The lazy river is fabulously relaxing and the kids enjoyed the water slide. We will definitely consider staying here again!

The room was so clean and beautifully decorated. The view of the bay was amazing from 5th floor. The pool and lazy river was so much fun and clean. Plus indoor pool and hot tubs. But what I absolutely loved the most was the parking garage was attached to the hotel and each floor lined up with each level of the parking garage which made it so rag to carry things in. I give this hotel 10/10

The property was beautiful, very clean, well located with a great view and exceeded my expectations! I was a little worried about the check in process but the host provided alot of info and that communication helped to make the whole process a breeze. We really enjoyed all of the amenities especially the hot tubs and lazy river! I highly recommend the property and hope to come back soon. The comfort of the beds was also a big plus!
